Don’t take your car to their service department I went in to have recalled parts fixed and decided to have my car detailed inside and out. After doing a horrible job (still crumbs in the seat and dirty water leaking on my seats just to name a FEW issues) I have been trying to get in touch with someone in the service department to fix the situation. Horrible customer experience I purchased a 2014 BMW 3 series from Bill Jacobs. Was overcharged for a windshield that cost $2,100 after being quoted $1,600 and finding out that other area dealers would have done it for $1,200. I asked to speak to the manager several times and they would not call me back. At least call me back, that's the least that you could have done. Since they don't seem to care about my experience there, I'll never purchase a car from this dealer again.
Perfect Experience Toni Stojcev was a perfect gentleman and salesperson. We bought a used car that I researched and found online. Being from out of town, I was a tad bit nervous. Very Pleased Customer I have been a BMW owner since 1994. I have driven many models and have relied on customer support from several dealerships. Worst BMW expirence ever After working with a sales rep to come to a pre-determined and mutually agreed upon selling price, I made the hour long drive to purchase my new car. Great Facility Worse Customer Service In The World Was under too much pressure from the salesman to buy the car soon as I walked through the door. No time allowed to inspect it throughly or look under the hood. Just test drive and then right away asking will you buy? I have been to car dealerships in third world countries this was by far the worse dealership in terms of customer service I have ever been to.
