Great Service first time in My first time at Bill Jacobs BMW and i felt welcome from driving in until I left I only had a oil change but when the service agent told me that they put my key in a key holder and it told them all that was needed for my car I must say I was impressed with that Now I know what my car needs even though I bought it used with low miles at another dealer the needs for the car are not excessively expensive. Great Dealership, Great Car, Great Company. Bill Jacobs BMW of Naperville :)

A great experience! We bought our first BMW last weekend. Overall a great experience. Everyone involved in the process was professional and very helpful. Sam Hanash provided a great support with the sale process. He was very knowledgeable and personable, made us feel comfortable. Excellent customer service so far. Now as a BMW owner, I hope I will see this high quality service in the future when we will bring our car for service or other issues.

Great service! Took my car in for warranty work. They were very busy but still hustled to get me in. The foreman took me over and we inspected the car together which alit of places don't like to do. Also went on a test drive together to try figure out the complaint I was telling them about. Previously took it to Westmont bmw and they told me they test drove the car and there was nothing wrong with it. Service Review Brought my recently purchased X5 in for service. I had a couple of issues to get resolved. My service advisor was Jeff H. He took very good care of me during the review process and making sure that my vehicle issues were corrected properly. It took a little while, but when I got my X5 back, it was fixed properly and of course did not cost a dime. The vehicle was washed and vacuumed and looked great when I picked it up.
