Bill Jacobs BMW/ NOT GOOD Had some bad dealings with these folks. Yes, I know there are a lot of crooked dealerships. Just this one is worse. You probably should pass on this dishonest stealership.
Unethical and greedy Do NOT go to this dealership! They promise to hold a vehicle for you and then sell it before you get there! Unscrupulous, unethical, greed driven, no concern for customers and just plain WRONG! Who needs, or wants, to deal with people knowing that all they have in mind is pure greed and their own interest, not yours?!
Refused to title car in business name! We started out on our almost 4 hour drive to buy a vehicle. My fiancé had been working with the sales person who was fantastic in the beginning! The deal was negotiated and we were bringing a check to leave with the car. We were paying full retail for the vehicle. We were in the process of giving the credit card deposit until we could get there which would be about three hours. We wanted it titled under a business name. Lease a car This is my first lease and first BMW. I have Mercedes for many years , I think for lease option , BMW offers 3 years roadside assistance and maintenance is all covered by the BMW. Mercedes will require customer to pay twice a year oil change schedule A is over $600 and schedule B is not cheap either.
