Ghassan Helped me service my vehicle. He checked out my car one time and was able to point out exactly what I needed without me having to come back out to the dealership multiple instances. He showed me he’s extremely experienced!
Great Vehicle/Poor Customer Service I absolutely love my car, and the condition I received it in. I’m leaving this poor review because their level of customer service and attention to personalized care along w/communication has caused more stress and frustration than what a simple transaction should contain. Thives I left my car for servicing and my dash cam, radar and other stuff were stolen and they do not even care to respond when asked about my stuff after one month on call everyone they respond and say they can not do anything and suggested me to register a case with local police.
Mo in Service Mo in Service was outstanding!! He makes our service visits flawless.
Poor customer service - Bill Jacob BMW, 60564 Bill Jacobs BMW refused to repair my car, because I told the service agent that their practices are high pressure. I had the phone dropped on me and no one would tell me if my car had been repaired. That's the wrong way to treat a customer who bought a car from you. Be cautious in dealing with this dealer's customer service. It's all about extracting money. I will buy my next BMW from another dealer, for sure!
Mo Ali the champ I would like to give credit where it's do. Taking your car in for service is never an easy experience. But I must say pulling into Bill Jacob's BMW and getting Mr Mo Ali was one of the most memorable experiences of my life if I went into details, I will be writing s book. Please take it upon yourself when you take your BMW for service, to take the time to check out the legend Mr Mo Ali. Words can't Express enough.

Mo the Service Advisor Mo is a wonderful representative of the automobile industry. Where as many people are doubtful when walking into a dealership, Mo changed my attitude about dealerships and the car business. A valuable lesson learned and new insight from a previously weary customer.
Over one hour wait to get a car wash is not accept I drove in for a car wash at 11:10 I asked for it at 11:40, was told it was 3rd in line and 15 minutes I eventually got my car at around 12:13
