This was my first BMW and Bryon did a great job walking me through the various packages and options and making sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I never once felt pressured to make a decision or buy anything I didn't want. Definitely would recommend working with him.

"Tyler was great, super knowledgeful and friendly. The..." Tyler was great, super knowledgeful and friendly. The finance process was a breeze. Tyler had a "door ding" fixed on our Certified BMW at no extra charge and in a timely manner. Will definitely be buying another BMW from him one day!

"Derrick deserves an A+ for his great service...." Derrick deserves an A+ for his great service. Unfortunately the guy I spoke to on the phone to make my appointment bricked it and my appointment was lost. Fortunately Derrick saved the day and contracted the wheel guy and arranged for the car to be worked on. He deserves kudos from management for saving the day. Thank you, Derrick!
