"All Around Great Experience" Blake and the BMW of Towson dealership were just wonderful to work with. After test driving several cars, I chose to build an X4. "Patience " I went to Towson because their options were satisfying. My sales guy (Christina McClure) was very patient and super nice. Jacqueline was fast but to the point with clear understanding. While waiting to be seen by Jacqueline, another salesman offered me something to drink. I miss my trade in 2015 X3 :-( but the X4 is sooo classy

"Flawless transaction " First time buying a car where there were no surprises . The sales agent Tyler was so helpful and professional. he answered all my questions . The car showed up exactly as described. couldn't be more please. this is exactly how every car purchase should be but we all know from past experience at other dealers its not always so smooth. i would definitely buy from them again.

"excellent emergency service" After experiencing a tire puncture on the expressway, I showed up here just before closing time on a Friday night. I was greeted by Bo Brand and then in a few minutes by Blake Dumas. Both were very reassuring that they could handle the situation first thing in the morning (Saturday). "Best Experience!!" I drove all the way from Northern Virginia to buy my X5. Most of the discussion on price was done over the email with David Hess. He is very responsive to my emails and question and at some point, he involved his manager to pitch in. They stay late to deliver my car so I do not have to come back next day. One of the less stressful car-buying experiences I've ever had. Keep it up David.
