"Excellent service and process" I worked with Christian McClure and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I didn’t really know what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and he walked me through different options and helped me settle on the 330e. He was flexible on price and didn’t push anything on me. It’s by far the best car buying experience I’ve had and will definitely go back when I’m ready for another.

"Love BMW" We have been servicing our 2004 3series for years at BMW of Towson and always had a great experience with our service advisor Greg Meyers. It was finally time for us to purchase a new vehicle and he recommended David Hess in sales. David was very helpful in answering all of our questions and finding us the perfect new 2018 330! "Great" Our salesman was Bryon Stack. He was very nice and friendly. He gave the right amount of attentiveness and space. Management was very accommodating and always checked to make sure we were taken care off. This is our first time owning a BMW and they've covered everything we needed to know about the car we purchased. We had a very pleasant experience with this dealership.. Everyone was really nice and pleasant.. We highly recommend them

"Not a game, easy smooth and honest" I found a car online through the used car list on bmwusa.com. I reached out and got a call from Tyler Lanham. After speaking on the phone about the car, and trying to get this car site unseen, I was a little hesitant. Tyler answered all my questions, and was beyond responsive, but not pushy.
