"Great buying experience" I was in the market for an X5 and decided to see the available inventory at the Towson location on a Saturday. "smooth process from start to finish" i was looking to possibly getting a new 5 series since my car was getting up there in miles. i showed interest on a new 530 and blake brown answered all of my questions, was very polite, and made sure i was taken care of at all times. bmw of towson gave me a great deal on a car in the showroom!

"great car buying experience!" i was looking for a used car for awhile online and came across a dodge dart that really caught my eye. i inquired about the car and blake was very helpful with the info he gave me before i came in to see it. the car was in great condition for a 2013 and the process overall was great. ill be back to see blake in a couple of years for sure!

"Definition of Customer Service! " I must say that if it were not for David Hess, I likely would not have purchased this car, not because of a bad experience but rather logistics. I am in NJ and had a spreadsheet of 30+ vehicles in the NY/NJ area that my wife and I were looking at, much closer and easier to get to than driving 2.5 hours to MD.
