"Excellent Service!!!" I worked with David Hess and Tanya in Finance. David made the process very smooth and gathered most of my paperwork before I got in the office. I live a distance from the dealership, and David went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed to get into my 2016 328ix. "Mabelle Sison- Awesome experience!!!" My husband and I came in looking for a new vehicle and saw the brand new BMW X2. We fell in love with the color(dark olive). "blake brown " I came in looking for a specific pre-owned BMW 750 and was in the showroom looking around. Blake Brown came over and greeted me asking if i needed help with anything or would like something to drink. "Ask for Leon" First let me start by saying my overall experience was good! When I arrived every sales person was busy (which is good) so we had to wait about 45 minutes. Finally the manager Wesley apologized for the wait and ten minutes later Leon introduced himself and apologized for the wait. We test drove two cars (no pressure) and purchased! Leon was courteous, patient and professional. I'll definitely purchase my 440i from Leon in two years.

"Excellent experience from start to finish" This was the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from BMW of Towson. In each case my sales advisor has been Bill Kaspar. He is knowledgeable about "specing" the vehicles and is fair and reasonable regarding pricing. Each time he has been on top of the build and delivery process, providing me with timely and informative updates. He, along with Ian and Tanya ensured that my receipt of the vehicle was smooth, providing helpful info on using the new features.
