"Working with Tyler Lanham was a fantastic experience" Bought a car from Tyler Lanham (2014 320i on 6/29/18) and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. "Exceptional Service" This is a long overdue review. I've been a customer of the BMW of Towson Service Department for 13 years with 3 different vehicles and have always had a wonderful experience. "My BMW experience." I have owned only 5 series BMW’s since 1989. My wife calls me boring...I consider myself a loyal customer.
