Having bought several cars from dealerships over the years, we've never had such great customer service! Patrick "knows" exactly how to make the customer feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. His knowledge of BMW cars and explaining all the "bells & whistles" just proves that having such clear communication skills is an asset to customer service!!!

This was a great buying experience! Patrick was knowledable and made sure we were taken care of from pre-sale till we pulled out of the driveway in our new BMW. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was courteous and helpful. Not only that but the dealer offered a fair trade-in price and were fair and honest on the price of the new car.
