The entire team at Kimberly BMW are Top Notch! After being away from BMW for 5 years it was time to come back home! Our very professional and knowledgeable salesman Patrick took the time with us as we decided between a few BMW's. The Sales Manager Dan Fox greeted us warmly and welcomed us back. I love the 535 that we have chosen and we are glad to be HOME!
This is the second time I have purchased a car from Kimberly BMW. Both purchases were absolutely painless. Patrick Grijalva was great to deal with. he is friendly and has a "no pressure" approach.
Seamless transaction with a smile. We purchased a car for our child that is safe and reliable, yet still had a sporty look. Patrick found a Jeep with our desired specifications and handled paperwork quickly and efficiently.
We ended up purchasing our vehicle from Randy Martin. He made the car buying experience very easy and without stress. He answered all of our questions that we had and was able to reach our price point (with help from sales manager Jim. Randy also set up and explained the touch screen and Uconnect for us. We will definitely return when we purchase our next vehicle.

I was fortunate enough to make the 50 mile drive To meet Kris who not only helped me purchase my new x6m but I also made a new friend. At no time during the process did Kris attempt to "sell" me on anything. He asked thoughtful questions and most importantly was an active listener.
