So impressed by the treatment and professionalism exhibited by Patrick at sales. He spent time going over features of suv i was interested in. He answered questions comparing the BMW to competition. He had my car appraised and the value they gave was right in line with what we had hoped for. There was no sales pressure, total professionalism. From the minute I called to have Rick Gilbreath look for an upgrade from a Ram 1500 to the 2500 he went to work. I gave him a set of must have items and he found one as close as possible. He went the extra distance to have a different radio installed. All of this was done on a very tight schedule. I love my new truck and it really handles great.
Patrick and Dan were great to work with. Found the car I wanted, took it for a thorough test drive. Agreed on a fair price. Was in and out in an hour and a half.
We have purchased 2 vehicles in the past few months from Kimberly Car City. Both experiences were great. There were no high pressure sales pitches. Patrick was great in explaining the features of the vehicles we purchased and made the sales process smooth. We took our new vehicle in to have the protection package applied and were given a wonderful "loner" car for the day. Rick Gilbreath is a good sales person, puts no pressure on sales or what i should get. only things that i got frustrated with was, there wasn't any follow up when i would call or stop in,I had to keep bugging them. Was told 6-8 weeks to get my jeep finally received 12 weeks later. Jim Bonar was very helpful and showed me where it was and what its next destination was.
