I never really leave comments for any business, but my experience here was so good that I wanted to. My experience at this BMW dealership was just unreal. Patrick was just amazing! He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very honest and straightforward - things that I did not encounter in other BMW dealerships and dealerships in general. I first met Patrick when I walked in to browse on a Thursday night. After listening to my thoughts on what I was looking for, he showed me two cars (BMW 328i xDrives) that were really good options. Really love Kimberly BMW and especially Patrick! He is the best salesperson ever! Business Manager, Lawrence and General Sales Manager Dan Fox were also awesome. We traded our 2014 535i for a 2018 540i M sport. We wanted something a little different to drive, Volvo, Lexus, and Mercedes. Nothing came even close to the BMW. Kimberly BMW is excellent. They contacted me within an hour of me submitting the “interested in this car form” online. My sales man was Patrick, who was extremely helpful. He sent me pictures not very long after I asked. The best part of the experience was the quick and accurate responses I got. I would buy there again, even though I’m a 5 1/2 hou drive away!

This is my 3rd. new BMW. I have been working with Kimberly BMW since arriving in the the Davenport area 6 years ago. Patrick, in sales, has been great to work with and very knowledgeable about the BMW products (being a BMW Genius). I am very happy with the purchase price and the ease of the purchase process. The service department is really great as well. All-in-all, a great dealership and a great new-car being experience. I'll definatley be back!
