Randy Martin is my salesman. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Kimberly Car City and both times Randy was my salesman. Randy is very professional and not pushy. Every time I'm at the dealership for service I stop in and see him and he always remembers my wife's name and is upbeat and friendly. Our sales rep was Randy Martin. We also had help from Jim Bonar and Jason Carrillo. All three showed genuine concern for getting my family into the right vehicle. There was no hard selling. On two occasions Randy stayed after hours to accommodate us. Once, just to look at a model and another so we could pick it up at our convenience. They were by far the best staff we dealt with on our half dozen dealership journey to find the right vehicle. They gave us a fair price too!
Rick was extremely personable and helpful from the moment I walked in. I had no idea what to expect regarding a vehicle, and Rick explained all of my options very clearly. Patrick and the team at Kimberly BMW made purchasing a new car an easy and relaxing experience. I never felt any pressure and was very happy with our lease experience. I really wanted a car with a manual transmission but my wife did not know how to drive one. Patrick and the team went above and beyond by agreeing to teach her how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. They let us go over as many cars as we wanted to try/review and helped us stay in budget. I would absolutely come back for our next vehicle.
