Great experience and took the time to work with me twice to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted and needed. Great followup as well. I have never worked with an auto dealer that cared so much after the sale. So satisfied I went back to Randy when I needed to purchase the next Jeep.
I started my search at a different dealership. I left there very insulted. When I arrived at Kimberly, I expected the same treatment being a woman. Randy approached me right away and answered my questions. He offered a test drive. During the ride I told him the story of my morning at the other dealership and thanked him for treating me like a person. I had just started looking and didn't plan on purchasing but, Randy and the whole team made it so easy. I have been telling everyone how awesome Randy and Kimberly are!
I felt Rick was one of the most honest salesperson I have dealt with in a long time. I would highly recommend him and the dealership.

Me and my husband traveled all the way from Chicago to buy our car from that dealership. We have totaled our car before that, and we were looking for the same car. So I recently purchased my new 2500 from Patrick. As always Patrick had what I wanted for the price I wanted..We found the vehicle, he got it to the dealership and it was everything I hoped.
