My current vehicle lease was about up and I saw an article on the new BMW X1. I looked around, did some research and came in to look over and test drive one. I had some specific options on mind and would have had to order one which was not a problem. After my second test drive I came in and they were shooting a TV commercial for some service loaners. Patrick and team worked with us all day long to turn a bad situation good. Another dealership had really put the screws to me a few years ago, and I had made some less than brilliant decisions. Patrick offered a variety of solutions, and we walked through the positives and negatives of each. I cannot avoid paying for my past mistakes, but at least I can see an end to the madness, while driving away in a brand new BMW. I was focused and came to the dealership to purchase a specific car. With Patrick's and other's help I was able to do that with minimum time spent. i got my questions answered assumptions validated and I have completed the purchase in a very short time. Everybody is happy.

We purchased a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Kimberly Car City. The experience with Steve Simpson and Brandon Luloff was great! They are very professional and great to work with. They gave us the best deal by far from the trade to the price on the new Jeep. I would highly recommended you give them a chance to give you a price on your trade-in and new vehicle!

Rick Gilbreath was great! He helped us narrow down what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about his vehicles and made you feel really relaxed and not pressured. They offered us a great trade in price on our SUV, but ultimately we ended up purchasing something elsewhere simply because they didn't have exactly what we were after, but I would definitely recommend talking to Rick at Kimberly if you are car shopping. I hope to buy something in the future from this guy. Very no nonsense and professional.

From the moment of meeting Patrick and Chris the service and attention was amazing. No pressure and the prices were perfect, the amount for my trade was just as the website had estimated. I suppose I should have negotiated, but when the purchase price is what is expected and the trade is above what was expect then with no pressure sales, you almost have no choice but to buy. The BMW style and grace sells the car, but the service and support make it happen. Which is also why I am heading back when the new models drop.

I never thought I would purchase a car off the internet but Brandon Luloff , Rob Hentzel & Jason Carrillo at Kimberly Car City changed my mind. Guys keep up the great work. I would not have any problem recommending your Dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle from Kimberly Car City, new or used. The 2011 Grand Sport Corvette was a great deal.
