As I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the greatest car salesman I have ever met, Rob Hentzle. Not only was he polite, always smiling, and an honest guy. He took me directly to my dream car, 2013 Toyota Corolla, of course. Then a few days into getting my car I noticed my key didn't work on my trunk, I needed a key fob, and a piece of the interior of the car had popped out of place. So I went back to see Rob. I felt all the employees I worked with at Kimberly Car City went the extra mile to make sure my experience was enjoyable. The customer service was excellent - my salesman Chad Brakeman was very helpful, courteous, and communicated with me every step of the way, while Jason in finance came in on his day off to make sure all the paperwork was taken care of. I felt I got a great car for a great deal, and I will definitely recommend Kimberly Car City to my friends and family.

Felt like a family member or close friend explaining the jeep and working with me. All questions were answered, plus looked up information on a bug visor for the jeep.

Air conditioning problems first took me to Kimberly in August 2012 and I purchased a Chrysler 200 from Rick Gilbreath. Recently, heating problems meant an expensive fix versus a trade but Scottie in the Service Department was great at laying out all the options. I ended up visiting Rick again and came home with a Dodge Journey (with working heat!).
