I have purchased several BMW's from Kimberly. The service is excellent and the whole staff is friendly and super helpful. Patrick is so helpful and I enjoy working with him. I love my new car and will continue to buy from Kimberly and tell others to go there to buy their cars.
The salesman I dealt with was Chad Brakeman. He worked with me on his day off. I found Chad to be a genuine individual giving outstanding customer service. Going above and beyond included the following: I needed help getting my truck I drove to the dealership home along with the car that I purchased that day. This was my first ever purchase of a car and Kimberly made it very easy. From deciding which vehicle, learning its technology, and handling paperwork, they were patient and pressure-free. The whole experience was great. Our salesman Bob Siltman knew the product and took the time to explain all the options to us. He paired our phones to the car, made sure everything was perfect and made our first BMW experience the best ever!
