Rick was very helpful with setting up my appointment for a service purchased when I purchased my Jeep. The service was provided promptly and a car was provided for me to use during the day while my car was being serviced.
Patrick was very personable and professional. Car of interest was parked in front and ready to take for a test drive. He was relaxed and knowledgeable. Did not feel pressured or rushed. Took the time to listen to my son's career plans. Did a good job making a personal connection without overselling himself or the car.

They offer a fair deal but my favorite part of dealing with them is their friendly, personalized, and straight-forward service! They were very well prepared upon delivery of my vehicle. I really had a great experience working with both Rob Hentzel and Jason Carrillo on the purchase of my 2015 Dodge Charger. I purchased a new 2015 Encore from Chad when he worked at Key Auto Mall in Moline. I have never had such good service as I had when dealing with Chad. My car had so many options I found myself returning time after time to have Chad explain how to work something. He was always very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
