In June of 2012, we had our Chrysler Sebring in for diagnostic testing--the car was running sluggishly and our mechanic did not have the equipment to do the proper diagnostics. The dealership charged us a bundle for one level of testing, then proceeded to perform more tests that we did not authorize.
