Rick was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and to call him at anytime if we had anymore. We did not feel rushed even though the dealership was busy that day.
Rick was friendly, down to earth while professional. He took time to listen to what I wanted, helped with my suggestions and offered reasonable opinions. After the purchase he was the same person even though I saw he was busy.
I visited Kimberly BMW to get my vehicle service and worked with Bryan Harmon. Overall, I was very pleased with the service as they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and made sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner. My only concern was with the pricing, as this is the only BMW dealership within a 100 mile radius, the service prices tend to be a little more money as they have a monopoly on this sector of the market.
Rick went above and beyond in helping me buy my car. He was very knowledgeable and even worked through the rain. He worked with everyone else involved to make my purchase possible.

"The service department has a bad attitude when they are..." The service department has a bad attitude when they are confronted of obvious overcharging. Offered a service to make up but now no loaners for weeks on weeks. Just plain lies.

"The service dept managers are inept" I have a 2017 wrangler unlimited in the shop with a bad transmission under warranty. It is going on three weeks and it is still not put together, all I get for answers is a few more days. I think by now it should be a priority. I was told that other appointments have to be done. "service department is terrible" I bought a new Ram Laramie and purchased the rust proofing package along with the extended warranty. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off to the service dept. on a Monday morning.
