"Mislead by Extended Warranty" I purchased a New Jeep Renegade 3 months ago and purchased the extended warranty. 2 weeks ago I brought Jeep to service department because a small piece of the grill on the front bottom fell off. The screws were still attached and the grill sits back from the bumper. Service Dept. had to take pictures to see if my warranty covered the piece and labor. "Terrible Service Center" Took my Dodge Ram 1500 here to get my drivers side axle replaced. They wanted an initial $150 service charge approved just to look at my truck. When I asked why I was told it was because their technicians are all Mopar certified and have 40 years of experience and have all their own tools and stuff. So it's basically a security charge in case I decide to take my truck somewhere else (even though I had to get it towed there.) About $800 and 2 weeks later I finally got my truck back. "Bad experience " Purchased 2015 dodge charger,month later they say need new tires,was supposed to be certified, ha, took in for oil change they tell me i need a new air filter,just replaced day before,wow, have purchased 3 vehicles from kimberly and will be buying new charger but will never ever buy from here again!

"The opposite of a customer-oriented/satisfaction experience" When I walked into the dealership to the used car manager yelling at the top of his lungs at another employee for a sale she had made, I should have known this experience would not be one I would remember fondly. I strongly encourage others away from this dealer as actively as I can, hoping they avoid the same pushy, take-advantage-of-the-customer experience that I had. We were sent to Kimberly from another dealer, because thst dealer no longer handled Chryslers. We made an appointments to drive the car and were able to complete the trade in/purchase the same day.

So long story short, I had an issue on the drive home with a used car I purchased. Patrick guided me to this car and even recommended it over a new purchase because of the features I liked best that were not available on the new car building it the way I wanted it. While I came in with the intention of buying a new one, Patrick did not steer me at all. Car had an issue on the way home leaking a ton of power steering fluid and I was not very happy as I couldn't believe it wouldn't be evident while sitting at the dealer's lot.... read more

Salesman knew the product well and was very curious leading up through the sale. Family was with me several times during the experience and salesperson treated them with respect as well. After the sale, there were a few key features that needed to be reviewed that I had to learn on my own like steering correction, engine stop and reversing with trailer.
