2018 M4 Purchase Buying experience not that impressive. Dealership all but empty but still took 4 hours to purchase. Salesperson, no involved. Took possession of car with 1/4 tank of fuel. Not bad for an $80,000 car. Came back next day to settle up and didn't realize salesperson not there. Really nice car, great looking new dealership location, poor salesperson.

Answer phones and return messages During week of opening second service facility in Brentwood, I could not reach anyone in Amory service department. I called several times to inquire if one issue had been checked and resolved since nothing was lusted on invoice. Either nobody answered or voice messages I left went unreturned. Finally after 5 days I showed up to pickup car and then discovered this one item still needed to be resolved and I would have to bring car back to deal with it.

Business response:

BMW - Becoming My Worst nightmare... Okay, let me say that my wife is NOT a service department fan for BMW of Nashville at all, period. She has had very bad experiences and runs a big business herself, so she knows and understands great customer service levels and I hear all about your consistent misses on the lack of customer service from her when we drop off her car. I try taking up for the dealership, but now I am becoming less than satisfied too. We spent $1200 on a repair and my wife got into the car with the service li... read more

Look to other dealerships. If you don't mind the condescending demeanor of the used car salesmen, and low ball approach, they have a large inventory to choose from. Personally, I do mind, and sought out other options.

Business response:

Bmw Fan, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. If you are willing to give us another chance, please contact our general manager, John McLarty, at (855) 578-3889 so we can understand your situation better in order to try and turn your experience around. Thank you, BMW of Nashville

BMW Nashville Charge a lot of money just to find the problem. My service engine light was on. They wanted almost $500 just to see what the problem was ($150 diagnostic and then and additional $270-$350 because they could not find where the short was . The error code said the main computer not communicating with dsc ( cruise control, anti lock brakes) . Needless to say, problem wasnt fix, SES warning light still on and I paid $150 and still don't know where the problem is. They said they could replace the main computer, but t... read more

Kburnum Good selection, clean showroom, and decent follow up. That said, there are still rather swarmy sales people and undercutting practices abound.

Service good but ignored First time there. Ignored for several minutes. Then thought it was my turn but lady greeted guy behind me. Was getting very frustrated. Finally someone greeted me and directed me to Tyler. Once there things moved quickly. They had a very small waiting area. They also left their floor mat cover in the car. Just not a great experience. Don't think I will look at a BMW for my next vehicle.

Business response:

Brent Walters, it's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we may further assist you in working towards a resolution. BMW of Nashville John McLarty, General Manager (855) 578-3889

Arrogant I walked in to the dealership and although busy I didn't feel like I was the customer. I got the sense that bmw was doing me a favor for being their. Overpriced, I was told an oil change and computer oil reset would cost me almost $200. There are several import garages around town that will do the same work for half the price. It's a simple oil change. Come on BMW

Business response:

Anthony Gardner, we regret to hear that your recent experience was anything less than exceptional. We'd like the opportunity to discuss this with you. Please reach out to us at (855) 578-3889 at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can turn your experience into a positive one. Thank you, BMW of Nashville John McLarty, General Manager

BMW of Nashville I recently placed my 550i with BMW of Nashville for a service. They had to completely reprogram my computer which resulted in a total of loss of my profiles. Therefore I received a vehicle different than what I purchased from them. They would not restore my original programming.

Business response:

John Garrett, we appreciate your review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your service experience with us was not a positive one.
