Outstanding Service I had to take my new 2017 X1 in for an airbag recall and computer reprogram. They offered me a loaner car since the service was going to take most of the day. Kenneth was an exceptional service rep. He was nice, knowledgeable, and quick to process everything. I also purchased my car from BMW of Nashville, and had great service from Zorro.
