Excellent Service!!! I Had the best experience at BMW of Nashville while taking car in for service . It was a service call that was a little more than just an oil change and I had an appointment that I needed to get to . Instead of rescheduling my appointment they just gave me a loaner car. I was thrilled to be able to still get to my appointment and still have he needed service completed. I can't say enough about the service from Karen Gerow! Great work !!

Service at BMW of Nashville This was my first experience owning a BMW and was treated like royalty by the service staff. Had a couple of concerns about my X5. These were taken seriously by the staff and my vehicle was inspected, tested & the necessary service made. They tested every possible module to ensure all was operating per factory spec. 2011 328i Service I have the best service rep in Burdette. He always finds a way to accommodate my needs. Never had a problem. He always makes sure everything is great. 5 Star service rep. He's able to be a great rep cause the mechanically staff do a great job. I had them do a go over of the car while it was there for an oil change. They found nothing else that needed to be done. How many times has this happened? It happens every time at this dealer. Reputable and honest
