Always the best I have the best service advisor - Brandon Burdette. I've had 4 BMWs, and they have all been serviced at BMW of Nashville. Brandon and BMW have went above and beyond to help me, answer questions, give me heads up about upcoming maintenance needs. This service center has worked with my schedule and fit me into the schedule when I needed it due to work schedules. They are terrific, professional, and accommodating.

Welcome Experience I just inherited a new service writer (was satisfied with former) and feel like a brand new customer. Michael was attentive, efficient and cordial. He listened to my issues and problems and provided either a fix or a plan. Sometimes in our busy lives it's difficult to get someone to merely listen. Not now. Thanks

Service visit I am a new customer to this facility having recently moved to Nashville. I was assigned to Brandon as my service representative. Scheduling appointment was fast and easy. They had a driver available to take me to my office. Did a great job informing via text on car status. Car was waiting out front after repairs upon my arrival.

BMW of Nashville car purchase This is the second car that I have purchased from BMW of Nashville. My first was a CPO 2011 328i and this car is a 2014 CPO 335i. Their facilities are beautiful. Great service Great customer service. First time experience with the service department was A+! They provided a loaner car since my car had to be in the shop overnight. Good communication.
