Great customer service Great experience on a very rainy day, and we came back a couple of days later to meet with the in-car tech guru. The car didn't get cleaned, as promised - the only negative!
BMW 530 X drive David our sales agent was very knowledgable, and was patient with us as we were trying to make decisions. He was not pushy at all and gave us the facts. The manager was very easy to deal with too and we got the best price we possibly could without any haggling.

BMW 328i Great Experience. I live in East Tennessee approximately 3 hours from the dealership and basically bought the car over the phone. Tim Bell was the salesperson, and he was great. He sent photos of the BMW 328i and gave me a great description of the car over the phone. I will definitely do business again with this dealership and Tim Bell.
