Easy experience We were in and out in one day and the vehicle was prepped perfect and any problems were fixed pre delivery

The reason I am a customer I came in around noon on a Saturday with a concern regarding my thermostat readings - no error message, just my own observation - and I was treated with respect for my concern and without prejudice that I arrived without an appointment. My concerns were addressed/alleviated, I was offered a free carwash (!!!), and was given proactive scheduling information come the end of my warranty.
