The experience of working with Stan was great. He was very courteous and made sure that I feel comfortable in knowing that I am making a good decision by purchasing a new BMW. The entire process though a little long, went very smoothly and without any issues and I am very happy about that.

Purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper S Hardtop from Carl Smith at Roadshow Mini. Carl helped us pick out accessories and expedited the build directly from the factory. Joseph Gardner in finance made that part of our buying experience as painless as possible. My wife (car was for her) and I couldn't be any happier with the good people at Roadshow Mini.
On the day we went to Roadshow BMW I was very unsure if I wanted to purchase a smaller 125i or the 335i convertible. Chris Ewell with Roadshow was very knowledgable about both of the vehicles, he gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for us. Richard is a very experienced sales person, knows his stuff and is fair and sincere in trying to make the buying experience as painless as possible.. I felt I could trust him all the way.
Very courteous and attends to my needs very promptly. Goes out of his way to satisfy my car options needs by searching all MINI deslerships for the right car. Delivers the car as promised on time.
Richard Clipsom was very helpful and accomodating. Richard took care orienting me through the automobile after sale. The session lasted about an hour and all my questions were answered.
We were originally hesitant to go to Roadshow BMW because we had a bad experience with another local luxury car dealership, but Terry eased our fears and walked us through the process. He was cordial and with his wealth of experience made this purchase very easy. Not only was he kind but other employees at Roadshow were friendly speaking as they passed by. Rest assured when it is time to purchase a new vehicle, I will head straight to Roadshow BMW.
