It was a real pleasure dealing with Carl, he's a very friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth person that didn't pressure me into buy the car that I purchased. I came back on three different occasions and drove 3 different cars and not one time did Carl "push" me to make a decision. This is why I returned to Roadshow and I will looking forward to working with Carl again in a couple of years! I highly recommend Carl Smith! Terry

I had a superb experience completing the purchase of my new BMW 335i that was delivered to me at the BMW Welt in Munich. I was able to drive 775 miles on the Autobahn, which was an awesome experience and the thrill of a lifetime. I will do it again, no doubt. Henry Fiur and Michael Routh at Roadshow BMW in Memphis are excellent, easy to work with and know my taste in BMW's. Would love to share my Germany experiences.

I had an EXCELLENT experience at this dealer. I had a key + central lock malfunction on my X5 and couldn’t have asked for anything more from them, or to pay any less. They got my car in immediately, ordered the part and fixed it promptly, and all of my dealings with them were quick and friendly. As a poor medical student living off of loans, it was extremely important to me that it be affordable. I went to Roadshow to purchase a used 3 series. Everyone was cordial, but they refused to acknowledge that their price was way over any Blue Book value that they could show me. I have excellent credit and was turned down by their credit department. I've never made a late payment in my life! All in all, I think the only reason the salesperson paid any attention to me was because a beautiful woman was with me. He kept looking at her boobs instead of me. The buying process was easy and low stress. I was never pressured to buy any of the extras like warranties or service contracts. My options were presented but I was never pressured. Everyone was friendly and I was treated the way a customer should be treated. I could definitely tell that they value cultivating relationships with their customers instead of trying to make a buck in the short term.

I didn’t have a positive experience with them. .I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a standard yearly check up. The salesman talked me into buying a battery I probably didn’t need but, that was not a problem at first. I purchased the things you used to place on the end where you pumped air into your tires. I asked the salesman to put them on for me and bring me my old ones. He brought me back 4 brown ends. I told him they were not mine because mine are green. He walked out to my vehicle with me. "Found car I wanted on website. Called dealer to verify..." Found car I wanted on website. Called dealer to verify car and purchase price. Drove from Arkansas to Memphis to sign paper work. Car was exactly as represented. Best auto car buying experience ever...and I've been buying cars for over 50 years.
