I would recommend Roadshow Mini to anyone looking for a Mini Cooper. I contacted Brett Calhoun by email and he worked with me from the very beginning of my purchase. I told him what I wanted and could do and he took care of everything. I would highly recommend him. Henry Fiur is an excellent sales representative for BMW Roadshow. He helped me do the tradeoff between new and used vehicles, and he helped me sorting out my needs regarding vehicle requirements. Roadshow BMW + MINI is great! I went in for a regular service appointment on my 2007 Cooper S. Amber was my Service Advisor. I had only met her once before several months prior and she greeted me immediately upon walking in, even remembering my name. I was provided a loaner Cooper to use around town all day long while they gave me new brakes. Carl is an exceptional salesperson. I am a guy with 1000 (or more) questions. Carl patiently answered all of my questions. Those issues he did not have at his finger tips, he quickly got back to me with the answer. He was most helpful in the decision of which addons to purchase and why. I was very comfortable that he was giving me the correct answers to my questions. He is a pleasant persons to deal with.
