RecommendedWayne in Service was so easy and delightful to work with. My husband's bmw gave them trouble after trouble and they communicated with us the entire time. not their fault they had the vehicle a couple days longer than expected. Got home today and Wayne had our car delivered right to our driveway while we were at work. total surprise!! very happy with the service department!

RecommendedMandy and the service team always go above and beyond!!! I might not have the newest (or nicest 😉😂) BMW, but Im a widow with three little kids whose family lives across the state...I work full time, yet her service team has always taken care of me aka getting me a rental when my car is in the shop extra time or coordinating with sales so I can pick it up after “service hours” (Leaving work early is not an option depending on the day) Thank you Mandy and team Service BMW!!!
