"Unprofessional Staff is an understatement " I went to purchase a car on Friday 9/20/19. I made it known that I was a cash buyer. After my test drive, I wanted to place a deposit on the vehicle while I talked to my wife, who was unavailable. My salesman went and spoke with the Sales Manager, Val, about processing the deposit. "Loaner cars" Has anyone dropped their personal bmw to the service station and upon return saw their persona car was driven for over 200 miles and their are new scratches on the car, candy wrappers in the back seat. This was my experience with Tulley on my x5. It seems they allowed their staff to drive my car or it was used as a loaner car for a week
"Ethics are out the window here...." Purchase and Sales agreement in hand and signed by the dealership and myself. Deposit was collected by the dealership and items placed in the car by me in anticipation of a delivery. "STAY AWAY! ADMIN WON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR SCREW UPS." STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENCE ALERT! "Poor Sales Practice" On Saturday nov 10th 2018, I received a call from Wendy Mabie asking if I was interested in trading in my x5, on Wednesday nov 14th I communicated with Wendy Mabie that the only way this would occur is if I am able to trade in both cars, which I was told would not be an issue. "No BMW Experience, just embarrassment and disrespect" I first off want to say that I "loved" this dealership. Friendly, honest, helpful. And for 99% of my experiences here, that's what I've gotten. Unfortunately as I went to trade-in my BMW for a newer one, the experience was anything but what I would have expected, which leaves me lost for words and in a confused state of how to proceed. "Very, very bad sell..... "Val Goldenberg" sell manager" They call me to mach the price from different dealerships, Val Goldenberg sell manager, he trying to sell the car 5k over price, after 30days call me again, he agreed to sell the car on my price,again he trying to sell 5k over... very..very bad sell manager, the people working with hem they leaving after 30days. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from the Tulley Automotive Group. My family and I have purchased from Tulley in the past and we will never again. I went in with my BMW that I did not purchase from Tulley and was treated like a third world citizen. I wanted to see about getting out of my lease early, I was told that my two year old car which was $60k new was now worth 35k and there was nothing they could do to help me, they were rude, unprofessional, and did not offer any advice or suggestions.
