I had a great experience working with Gloria Prosper and the team at Tulley. Gloria was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for in a car…. It was a pleasure working with Gloria….. Seth Bridge in the business office was helpful as well.. I highly recommend working with Gloria!

"I had a purchase from this dealership recently,..." I had a purchase from this dealership recently, everything about them is complete scam, totally unprofessional abs the marketing quote they use family owned is biggest insult. I would never ever go back to them or recommend them to anyone. They are the most unethical and unprofessional car dealership I dealt with in the past 15 years. Complete shame.

"Very frustrating, got a call to potentially turn my lease..." Very frustrating, got a call to potentially turn my lease in early. They made it sound like a a win win. They told me I could get into a new x5 for the same price I was currently paying and maybe get a little extra in the car. I thought it was a good deal. It should be noted over the past five years I have leased 3 cars and sent a friend to purchase a car there that turned into a sale. "Had an abysmal experience with the service department..." Had an abysmal experience with the service department that started last Friday. I opted to get new tires from them versus Town Fair Tire (who was less expensive) as they said they were in stock and they said they do a 4 wheel alignment for $175 on a $30k official BMW machine. I was told I could pickup the vehicle around the end of the day and they gave me a loaner. "I bough my X3 here, brought my cars here for services..." I bough my X3 here, brought my cars here for services too. Recently have my 5 series for service and check out the abnormal loud “whopping noise” on the back of the engine. When I picked up the vehicle, the loud engine noise is still there. "Tulley BMW Ripped Me Off" They promised the world. The car was not serviced as promised by Steven Augusta. Service warranty ran out a month after I got the car. I now drive a Mercedes. Beware.

"Awful Service Experience" Absolutely horrible experience with their service department, their lack of communication was astounding, the person I dealt with was beyond rude, ignored me at points, and flat out lied to me saying they couldn't do something because it was "illegal" which it absolutely was not. Wasted over 2 hours of my time AND THEY NEVER EVEN INSPECTED MY CAR! Be warned, apparently they do too much business and customer service is not a priority for them.
