Excellent customer service "Jimmy" stayed late, well after business hours to complete the transaction. He is very knowledgeable with the product. I received numerous follow up calls from Jimmy making sure I am satisfied with my purchase. This was well worth the trip from Jacksonville! Patient, not pushy! These guys listened to my needs and delivered. Talk about delivery - they delivered the car to my home (1 1/2 hours away) AND spent 1 1/2 hours giving me a lesson on all the features of the vehicle. After the sale, they've called twice to make sure I don't have any questions. Customer service is alive and well at Coggin, IMPRESSIVE!
