I had GREAT customer service @ this dealership, the whole staff tried very hard to give me the price i wanted, (and they did) they also (george) found a warranty that was such a great deal I purchased that also. The car that I ended buying was the second car I've bought at Coggin BMW, James was the salesman the sold me the first and now the second. I was late getting there and the transaction was not completed until well past dealer's business hours, yet James was there to make sure that everyhting was in order and I knew everything I needed to know about the car. James is a pleasure to do business with and I have recommended him to friends who have expressed their satisfaction with his level of service.

Over the past 6 years my family has purchased a total of 5 BMW automobles, specifically from Sales Associate, James "Jimmy" Pescatore at Coggin BMW. James Pescatore was extremely professional and easy to work with. He was always intent on knowing that I was completely satisfied.
