My recent service appointment with Coggin BMW was more than I expected in customer service. I was greeted by Coggin staff upon arrival promptly and the service order was completed and the work to be performed on my vehicle started without delay. I was asked if I wanted a loaner vehicle but declined as I wanted to just hang out in your beautiful waiting area and showroom as I did not have any plans that day. Awesome experience ... Very easy and non stressful.. Brett made sure I was pleased with my new purchase and paid attention to detail when it came to the condition of the car and made sure it was in tip top shape before I left .. George really helped me stay in my budget and helped me decide which financing options were best ... Both were considerate of time and didn't make the car buying process take too long!! JoEllen in service is just the best, but everyone at Coggin BMW is very friendly and courteous. I'm sorry I can't say that about Coggin Mercedes... sales department needs a lesson in how to respect a customer.

Was there for service on 2 separate occasions for Mine and my sons car, Received car back as promised and also cleaned washed and with new wiper blades I am very satified with the service dept.. wish i could afford a third bmw for my wife because if i could Coggin would have been my first stop
