I went shopping for a new 2013 BMW 328i, so I went to Coggins BMW. I kind of expected a bunch of stiff shirts, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was sincere, friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in. Curtis Stumbaugh was the salesman who helped me out with my car purchase, and I would recommend him to any family member or friend. A very pleasant experience, and our third lease from Coggin BMW. Our advisor, Jimmy Pescatore, was very helpful and located the exact model and color we wanted; he did not try to talk us into something already on the lot. Patience..... This is what i received as this was my first BMW purchase. James (Jimmy) Pescatore and Manager Joe Adams are superior in their field and had the patience I needed in order to find an make a purchase. I have owned my 2010 528I for 4 months now and would not change a thing. Cant wait until I want to get another one.
While our intent was not to purchase a car last Saturday, we in fact, did. We were warmly greeted by Jimmy and immediately felt very comfortable with him. He is very knowledgeable and is not too pushy as many car sales people have the reputation of being. All in all, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. Thanks Jimmy!
Curtis worked with me as a walk in customer as if i had been a long time customer. he was curious, creative and took all the time needed to get me the car I wanted and to make sure i was comfortable driving it.
