After reading Auto Spies dealer rater for several months I felt it was time to point out this jewel of a dealership. I have had several BMW (325i, 330cic, X5, Z4) and all of them go to Coggin for service. I always deal with Toni or Frank and both of them are experts at great customer service. Coggin BMW is one of the few that make customer satisfaction their primary goal and they actually care what you think. I made sure with the sales manager, Chris Holland, that the car would be covered under the maintenance plan for 50000 miles. I went back to my home town to discover that there is a transfer fee that needs to be paid to get the maintenance plan transferred from the previous owner. "Would suggest everyone seek an alternative BMW..." Would suggest everyone seek an alternative BMW dealership. This dealership is not what you want. I will not purchase another BMW from them ever, and would not sell them a vehicle under any circumstances Love my BMW 640 I grand coupe, just have learned some lessons. Good luck to all.

"Shoddy work in my view. Oil cap left off after oil change! " Not happy with Coggin BMW. Had the oil changed there in my 2015 Z4 several months ago, and when I opened the hood today, the cap was off and sitting on the radiator! No one had gotten back to me after expressing my displeasure. I expect a whole lot more. Never again Coggin. Too many other options.

Got this i3 in August they have had the car in their shop for over 12 weeks. Manager Joe Adams (Lyin Joe) promised to get me out of it. Said they have never had a Lemon Law car. ( Actually according to Atty General in FL they have had 96) Sending notice of defect to BMW to give them one last chance then will file for lemon law arbitration. Lawyer could not believe they continue to stall. Car had unexpected acceleration twice now I can't and don't want to drive that thing. Don't believe anything they say. We bought the car at this dealership and thought we would take it there for service. We had a great experience dealing with the sales department. Unfortunately the service department was trying to sell us new tires and all these extras at the first scheduled service specifically new tires. Yes, that's right 10.000 miles and it needs new tires. That's ridiculous and I called Pirelli just to be sure (tire manufacturer) and the sales technician starting laughing. The tires on the car should last at least 30,000 miles. Apparentl... read more
