I could not had a more positive experience with Jimmy and the Coggin team. I was looking to lease a vehicle with a specific color/ trim combination. I contacted several dealerships, most said the color/trim did not exist when I knew it did. Sure enough, Jimmy found exactly what I was looking for and some. Smooth and effortless transaction. Sales rep delivered car 175 miles to my home in The Villages, Fl. Never had to visit the dealership. Vehicle was exactly as salesman described over the phone and photos were unaltered. Very satisfied with financing package, follow through, and integrity of salesman.

Ronnie McFarland is by far the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with on a vehicle purchase. This dealership treated me with a lot of respect and kindness, unlike others in the area. I would definitely recommend Coggin BMW, Ronnie in particular.

This was my first BMW and experience with Coggin. It will not be my last. I was treated as a valued customer at all times and never felt taken advantage of. Negotiations were minimal ... I got a fair wholesale value offer for my trade that exceeded expectations. Jeff kept me in the loop throughout the ordering process and never once missed my expectations. Excellent dealer in a world filled with mediocre dealers.

Everyone was very friendly, cooperative and accomodating! We were quite pleased! Curtis was so considerate and extremely conscientious. We went to several other dealerships, and none of them compared to Coggin BMW. So we were very satisfied that the BMW was the vehicle we wanted to purchase.

Great customer service - worked within a busy schedule of ours and came to our house to finish paper work and has been very responsive to follow-up calls. We stopped in the dealership to look at a car advertised in the paper and learned it did not have some features we needed. The salesman took that information and within a couple of days had found a car to meet our needs.

Identified a 2006 BMW Convertible on Coggin Web Site that was priced correctly and had a Certified Warranty. Visited Coggin BMW facility and met with Brent Hall. Brent took me for a demostration drive and explained all the features of this vehicle. Brent assisted me in a very professional manner in my purchase of the vehicle.
