Jeff Jordan's speed of action and responsiveness set a higher standard than what I experienced from all other dealers including Sarasota BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Cadillac. AFTER SEARCHING FOR THE BEST DEAL AT SEVERAL LOCAL DEALERS, I CALLED COGGIN BMW RONNIE MCFARLAND TO GET A "TELEPHONE QUOTE" FOR THE CAR I WANTED. RONNIE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, AND TOOK HIS TIME IN DISCUSSING ALL OF MY OPTIONS. HE THEN GOT BACK TO ME WITH A QUOTE, WHICH WAS BETTER THAN WHAT I ALREADY HAD. I placed a custom order for a 2010 BMW 328i. I live in Orlando and Coggin is about 2 hours away. I decided to do business with them due to Kathy's professionalism and friendliness. I’m a busy person and wanted to get a quote via email. Coggins is the best run BMW dealership I have been in....I have been a loyal owner of BMW's for many years....by far....this dealership has great sevice...finance department and,of course, sales....no pressesure but loads of knowledge about the product.......I am so glad that I found them. The experience with this dealer was an excellent one. Would recommend. Walking amongst the vehicles was comfortable and pleasant (not hassled), the selection of vehicles and differing models/options was not too large, yet not too limited. My personal experience with Jeff Jordan, sales man with Coggin BMW, FT Piece,FL was examplary. I have purchased many high end autos and have had many experiences with sales people; however, Jeff Jordan has been the best sales man so far! Jeff provided me with a great price on the BMW X5. The trade-in value was right on target with no haggling.
