This is the third automobile that we have purchased from Coggin. Jeff Laher is a fantastic person to deal with and is totally honest and aboveboard in his dealings with the client. We highly recommend this dealership and Jeff Laher if you are in the market to purchase an automobile.

I just took delivery of a new car at Coggin BMW and was fortunate enough to have Jimmy Pescatore complete my transaction/purchase/delivery. To make a long story short, I was re-assigned to Jimmy the day of the car delivery and he turned what would have been a disaster of a delivery into a great experience. I had the best salesperson!I have sold real estate in Florida for over 25 years so I understand the sales business. Ronnie McFarland is a knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic and patient salesman who obviously enjoys what he is doing and it is so evident he loves BMW's! The dealership as a whole is most professional and friendly.

I live in Miami, about two blocks away from Braman BMW and fairly close to several other BMW dealerships. After negotiating with five South Florida dealerships over two weeks, none would meet my (reasonable) offer and most were treating me with indifference or too much pressure. I was extremely pleased with my sales experience at Coggin BMW. This is my 4th BMW purchase, or lease. The first three were in NY, so this was my first interaction with Coggin. I feel that many BMW owners, including myself, have come to expect a higher standard from any BMW dealership. I did all of my research online and knew exactly what I wanted. I figured the invoice price, the Edmunds TMV, the Euro delivery price right down to the cent, including all taxes and fees and came up with a narrow range of prices that I was prepared to pay. I did some 'dry runs' at Brahman in West Palm Beach and Vista in Coconut Creek. I recently purchased a new 2011 BMW X5 from Coggin. I was fortunate enough to work directly with Jeff Jordan, who is the internet new car sales manager. Not only did I get excellent service from Jeff the entire time, from initial contact to driving off the lot in my new car, but the deal was the best in the entire state of Florida. I drove 2.5 hours because the deal was worth the drive!
