Super frustrated with Pre-Owned sales staff. I spent a couple of weeks trying to get them to budge off their advertised price on a 2014 MCS. In store a couple of times and multiple phone calls. Via phone, sales guy said that the manager (Lee) would come down a few hundred $$ but when I showed up in person, I was told that he said "there's no record of that number". I had to walk away in disgust over that tactic. I think I'll try my luck at Woodlands from now on.

I bought a 2015 new mini paceman from them last week. here are some thoughts I'd like to share with everyone and hopefully can provide you guys some objective insight about this place. This dealership has incompetent mechanics and a general manager who accepts no customer service. They make no attempt to contact the customer and created additional mechanical issues after attempting to repair my automobile. The general manager is a politician who doesn't care whatsoever about the consumer.

I purchase a used mini from momentum mini, a year later I don't have a valid title, a year is more than enough time to correct this issue, but they are not motivated to correct the problem since the have their money, they don't return phone calls & only give you the run around, I now have a car I can't drive because it needs a new registration & I can't do that until the title issue is resolved, do not buy a car from this dealer, check the Houston bbb, they have 26 out standing complaints, purchase from another dealer, avoid... read more

I went for sensor to be check. Got my results, of course they found other so call problems. I told them to hold off on it and left. No sooner then I leave, two miles down the road, my tire explode. So, back into the evil clutches I go. I give them the go on fixing things sense I have a warrant. They tell me I need a new engine, my warranty people ask to see it, but every time he would show up, the car parts where not dissemble. Two weeks turn into 3 moths they had my car. I went in to the dealership today with every intention to buy a car. The salesmen was ok but was not going down on the price. This I can understand since he was doing his job. Before leaving the dealership, he introduced me to the manager who was extremely rude and condescending. Also, he said the KBB price had nothing to do with them since it's not a legit company. required brake fluid change . After pickup the car, the service light was still on. The service advisor explained that technician forgot to reset (????). He reset the it. I changed brake fluid in another two years by myself and found the fluid was very dirty by comparing my other brand car's brake fluid that even was changed four years ago. No I highly suspect whether the brake fluid was changed for my BMW at that service. At least I don't trust.

I found a used 4WD SUV online at this Dealership, went there to look at it, the check engine light & another light on dash came on when I started it, but otherwise I liked the vehicle. They told me the check engine light was because of gas cap issue and just needed to be reset. The other issue was a module that needed replacing. Said if I wanted vehicle I could put a down payment on the vehicle, then when it's fixed I could come and test drive, so I did put down payment. I live in San Antonio and drove to Houston to buy a Mini Coupe that I viewed on their website. I couldn't afford the Coupe and Marisol tried to make it possible. But it was not possible. I drove home with a beautiful blue Mini Cooper. Thank you Marisol.
