We are unhappy customers at the Momentum Mini service dept. They promised us a discount that were not going to give, until I had to call back and remind them that they made a promise. Along with the fact that we were promised a rental car for what was only supposed to be a few days work, but was over a weeks worth of repairs and were never given one or compensation. I wouldn't recommend this place...however we did go to them for 8 years without any other major problems like this, so it might be ok for you?
I recently called to make an appointment to bring my car in since there are some noises I am concerned with. The first time I called I was disconnected when transferred. The second time I called back, a lady answered the phone and was very rude .She was not friendly and hastily tried to get me off the phone. I asked her when the next loaner was available and she said a future date, which is fine. She then tried to hang up with me without giving me a time, and I had to reconfirm the appointment time. In October 2011 after my Camry hit over 400,000 miles, I purchased a new 2011 BMW 328i based on its reputation as "The Ultimate Driving Machine." When the Camry finally quit on me, I began to rely heavily on the BMW to make my home health visits across the city from Southwest Houston and as far as Kingwood. DISHONEST!!! BUYER BEWARE.. sold extended warranty for $1900 when vehicle was suppose to be CPO..WTH CPO means to these people. Now few months later I am realizing that it was an up-sale that wasn't needed. Buyers do your research before buying a BMW.. also be ready to be dropping it off every month or 2 for some type of service.. Not impressed!!!!!!!!!!
I brought a used Mini Cooper last year at the dealership and 2 months having used the car I had major mechanical issues and the service center gave me a quote back for 9000 USD to fix the car so I had to trade in the vehicle for a 2009 BMW 3 series 60,000 miles and 3 months having used the car my brakes were due and the engine pulley had to be fixed and I had to spend 2000 USD to fix mechanical problems again. Horrible experience so far. I must admit I should have done my research before buying from these guys I just thought if you buy a bmw from a bmw dealer they will stand behind it. Naïve me .... On Monday 11 November bought a 2008 535i from the dealer. Bait and Switch ... A salesman by the name of Curtis Josey is whom I had the displeasure of working with. I went there yesterday to look at a vehicle that was priced well. I told him I would like to trade in my wife's current vehicle (worth $8000 minimum trade in value and sales for $10K as of now) and pay cash for the rest owed. First of all, let me explain why I am unhappy with my purchase. I read very positive reviews and maybe I set my standards too high, but I had been to several dealerships before I came across this site and saw the very positive reviews. OHHH my! I have received at least 10 calls from 855-275-7180 in the last 4 days leaving NO message. I finally answered the today and it was Momentum Mini wondering if I found a car yet!?!?! What the heck. I used autotrader to SELL my car and Momentum gave me an offer. I NEVER wanted to buy a car. Ended up selling to Don McGill Toyota @ Kirkwood; great offer and GREAT service. Do not give them your real phone number!
