Great experience. I was very impressed with how fast my service was completed. The service staff was very courteous and polite I would definitely recommend to my friends.
I bought my M3 in this dealership since 2009 and I have been very much satisfied with both the sales and the after-sales engagement and service of this dealership. Both the sales and service/maintenance department is very responsive to my requests and needs. I have great confidence that my M3 is well taken care of and well maintained. My requests are given very good and prompt attention all the time. I highly recommend this dealership and very much appreciate the service and attention the team provides.
I have had my X5 serviced with Phong since I purchased it. He has aleays given me Prompt and Friendly Service. The results from the shop were aleays as expected in a timely manner. I recomend Phong to anyone who has a BMW and needs service. He is great.

I actually never stepped foot in momentum BMW. I called and Alex was the salesperson who answers the phone. I did all my buying over the phone he took his time to send pictures and videos of the Mini Cooper Convertible. We settled on a price and Alex delivered My new car to my home in Beaumont. I recently came to Momentum to trade up cars, long story short ...... there is no other dealership of any brand that can come close to Momentum BMW's customer service. They go above and beyond to make you the best deal, never any pressure. I recently had traded cars at Advantage BMW of Houston.
