Kyle was an excellent sales associate and a pleasure to work with! Although he’s new, he eagerly answered all my questions that he could (I had many) and quickly found answers to those he didn’t know. My time at the dealership took longer than usual but the delay was due to my car being registered in another state. Aside from the wait, I give the dealership and Kyle five stars!

We visited eight dealers and compared lots of cars over two weekends before we made our decision and bought our X5. Every sales representatives we saw before this one made us feel their "hunger" to sell and ended up being more or less annoying. Kyle, on the contrary, is never pushy or aggressive. Kyle Hendrix was terrific!! He was very friendly and engageable which I sincerely appreciate since buying a car can be laborious. Kyle made it a very easy process and was quite sensitive to my buying needs. As an additional benefit, he chased down answers to my questions. I could not recommend a nicer, professional BMW salesman any higher! I wish all sales staff would equal Kyle's efforts.

Khalil was very helpful without being too pushy (all salesman are pushy so a little is ok). Jason in the business office was also helpful and friendly. Will shop here again.

Walter McNeal was my salesman on the purchase of my BMW 328i. I was very pleased with his courteous demeanor and professionalism. He took time to answer all questions that my wfe and I had and remained at the dealership with us well after closing hours to explain all questions that we had about features of our new car.
