My salesman, Tom Butcher, has sold me 3 cars so far at Momentum. Great facilities, excellent consumer relations and easy to work with. If you're in the market for a high end car this is the place to go and Tom Butcher is the person to see.
Phong Bui sets the bar for customer service and follow up. He is the reason I bought another car from Momentum and that experience was equally great.
Very pleased with overall service! From the moment I drove my car in for service and to the time i picked up my truck, I was impressed with how wonderful they treated me.
I'll start off by saying that the customer service at this dealership's Service Dept is second to none. I had limited contact with the desk that receives you, just what was needed, but it was a pleasant experience nonetheless. I had a wonderful buying experience at Momentum BMW. Tony my salesperson answered all my questions and went out of his way to explain all the features of my new car. Monty the GM even stopped by to thank me and made sure I was happy with the service I received. There are closer dealerships but driving a little further is worth the service you will receive. I will never buy or service my car anywhere else again.
