I purchased a factory buy back from another dealer. When I started having problems, I chose Momentum BMW because they are close to my house. My car was in the shop approximately three weeks and our service advisor, C.J. Broll called to give us updates almost every day. This was not my first time buying a car, but it was my first pleasant car buying experience! Alex F. was extremely knowledgable and non-threatening. He made me feel as though I was important and my business mattered. He also helped me find a car that was well suited to my needs and my budget, rather than talking me into something I couldn't really afford. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman!

Tom is very friendly, professional and always takes time for his customers. My questions are always answered and every phone call returned. If you didn't love the BMW before you arrived at Momentum Southwest...you will after your test drive with Mr. Butcher. Purchasing a car at MSW is a pleasant experience!

Called my BMW location off Highway 59 SW (near beltway 8) Was greeted by the Will Diaz, a service advisor. Talked to him over the phone on the service my X5 was needing. He was extremely proffesaional and upmost courteous over the phone. His etiquett was quite impressive! After everything was finalized, I took pocession of my BMW X5 and in two word I can honestly say this about Mr. Diaz, "EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE". First, the sales experience. I have bought my share of cars - and the salesman (Phillip Long) was one of the most knowledgeable, service-oriented individuals I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. He knew BMW and Alpina like he had been selling it since he left the cradle. Impressive. I Really enjoyed the customer service of CJ at Momentum BMW at my last visit. I normally do not and will not fill out a survey, but the service was so impressive and enjoyable, that i actually do not mind taking the time to show my appreciation. Three months ago, while searching online for a car I found a 2004 325 at Momentum BMW SW. The list price was within our budget so I used the online forms to express interest.
