Having owned no less than 10 new vehicles in the past 15+ years, I have to say I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to dealerships. Of all 3 cars I have purchased from this dealer over past 10 yrs this was the best due primarily to LR Vela in sales and Steve in finance. The were very knowledgeable, customer oriented and helpful in making the car buying experience haggle free and pleasant. Ask for them.
Phong Bui is my service advisor. He always treats me courteously, respectfully, and promptly. He offers to go out of his way, in my opinion, even quickly responding to emails on weekends when I don't expect such quick response. His service is excellent.
Called to set up scheduled maintenance appointment and was told to just come in today. Phong was very professional and accommodating. Since I didn't have a appointment all loaner cars were out but Phong came to the rescue. He was able to get me one of the demo cars for the day and even offered to clean it up before he gave it to me. This is service at it's finest. Thank you Phong!

Phong worked with me from start to finish. He communicated with me even on his off day. My repairs were done very timely. I had a water pump repair and have not had a problem since. I would say my best experience was being allowed to get a couple of estimates first and of course i went with the revised quote even though slightly higher than researched. I highly recommend this dealership!
Phong is very professional and provides excellent customer service. He is always most helpful and very honest. Getting your car serviced is never fun but he always makes sure I have a pleasant experience.
Mr. Bui is an excellent service representative. He always takes the time to hear my concerns and explains all of the repairs when needed. He works with my extended warranty plan to get what can be covered, covered! Highly recommend Momentum BMW and especially Phong Bui!
